Clinical Presentation : 15 year Old male presented with mild intermittent abdominal pain , more so after meals.

Wimberger's sign is used to describe radiological findings :
1. In Congenital Syphilis - It is b/l and focal distruction of the medial aspect of the proximal tibial metaphyses. (Pathagnomonic for Congenital Syphilis) 2.
