Patient presented with pain abdomen.
Erect PA chest X-ray shows air under the diaphragm (easily visible on the right, though thin lucency can be appreciated under the left dome too)
Diagnosis : Pneumoperitoneum, confirmed on surgery to be due to Ileal perforation.
