Young male presented with abdominal pain.
On sonography, there was a collection in the right iliac fossa with very well visualized inflamed appendix. No CT scan was done in view of convincing sonographic findings.
The patient underwent diagnostic laproscopy which confirmed the findings of Appendicular abscess.
